Prime Glass Inc. provides custom shower door, mirror, and glass installation services in the Venice, FL area. All services are subject to a written proposal accepted by the customer prior to scheduling.

Quotes and Proposals
All prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal. Retail customers require a 50% deposit to schedule installation. Builder/contractor customers follow terms per the executed trade agreement.
Warranty
Prime Glass offers a full first year warranty on material and defects from date of installation except as noted below.
Warranty Exclusions
- Adhesive gasketing or tapes — repairs charged per hour
- Structural integrity of the wall, base, or any other mounting surfaces
- Cracked surface material from installation, subsurface, or pan problems
- Glass tile cracking
- Water damage from incorrectly pitched shower bases or tubs
- Cleaning product damage — Fantastic, Tilex, Clean Shower, Shower Shine, Spic and Span’s Cinch, and Comet will damage aluminum, brass, or glass finishes. We are not responsible for such damage.
- Any tile or surface material problems resulting from removal of an existing unit must be corrected by the customer at the customer’s expense
All units require hole drilling in tile, marble, bases, and sometimes tubs to safely secure the unit. Enclosures are placed centerline on base curbs unless walls will not allow or noted otherwise in the proposal. Even though doors and openings are precision fitted, some minute steam or water seepage may occur, especially with direct showerhead aim. Enclosures are not waterproof. Gaps around door perimeters may vary (+/- 1/16” to 1/4”). Edge seal vinyls may become sticky when dry and affect smooth door operation — this is a sign of their effectiveness. Units with no header to stabilize stationary panels may appear to have movement in large panels; this is normal and safe.
Prime Glass is not responsible for measurements taken prior to all mounting surfaces being in place. Special costs for remanufacturing or transporting glass beyond ground floors where stairs or elevator cannot be used are the contractor’s or owner’s responsibility. Prime Glass is not responsible for the striking or placement of exterior obstacles from hinge doors. Glass scratches, chips, and defects must be acknowledged within five days of installation. Spontaneous glass breakage may occur from sulfide stones — no warranty on glass breakage.
Payment Terms
- Deposits are non-refundable after 3 days
- Balances over 30 days will have a finance charge applied
- If complete payment is not made, the customer is responsible for all costs of collection including reasonable attorney fees
- We reserve the right to request final payment in cash or certified check
- If a deposit is given by credit card, the final payment will be charged to the same card upon completion unless another form of payment is provided
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
Limitation of Liability
Prime Glass Inc.’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Sarasota County, Florida.
